Crossbow Prod – Aluminum

This aluminum prod, when strung, provides 3 inches of fistmele (the space between the string and the prod when the bow is at rest) and pulls about 70 pounds at 7 inches of draw providing about 490inlbs. This is appropriate for most combat clubs such as the SCA or Markland. It is also very efficient and will make a fine target bow as well. It mounts either by tying in or with bowirons. We have an extraordinarily SMALL stock of these, as aluminum is very hard to come by.

Total length = 29″ unstrung
width at tip = 7/8″ behind the knuckle
width at center = 1 7/8″
rise = 1/2″ from the top of the tips
overall weight = 330 g / 12 oz
draw weight = 7-10 inch-pounds, depending on how far back you draw it (max 8″ would be best)
