Crossbow String

Our strings fit the crossbow prods that we sell. They are 27″ long as “standard”,  but I can make whatever length you need, just email me! If you just order the string, we can ship it for a lot less in a padded envelope with regular stamps. Ignore the price of shipping below.

The aluminum-prod string is 10-12 strands of artificial sinew, wrapped at the ends and in the center with the same material. The steel-prod string is 16-18 strands of artificial sinew with the ends wrapped in the same material but the center serving in linen for better wear. You can put the steel string on the aluminum prod, but it will be slower because it’s heavier. Let me know in your order if you’d like a heavier string for your bow!
