Like the round stock version, this hilt also comes with the wider, gently swelled flat stock loops for the outer guard. The inner guard is still round stock, since it is supposed to be protective and not as decorative (who sees the insides anyway?) The front port is closed from hand snipes, and you can choose your piercework design in the port to personalize your hilt. The one pictured here has the Stars and Clovers pattern.
